I would like introduce my beautiful home town "Palakkad".
There is so many places which you may like to live or you would like to visit once in your lifetime, but the place which is always close to your heart is your's hometown. Hence i would like to start this Blogging with my home place Palakkad.
Palakkad
The name Palakkad means “jungle of barren land”. Palakkad is also referred as a land of palm trees and paddy fields. It is the chief granary of Kerala, often called the Gateway of Kerala. Palakkad lies at the foot of the gigantic Western ghats on the border of Kerala....
Traveling without food, sounds weird na ? ok i'l share you some of the tasty corners @ Palakkad.
1.The Ramaserry idlis
The idlis are the speciality of a once numerous muthaliyar family who had been comes from shinganallor a Tamil nadu village near from palakkad. who have been making this softy idlis for over 300 years from now. along with this idlis with "puttu podi"(made with rise floor's and spices),chatiny (coconut crush along with chilly etc.) and Saambar.

sindhu cool bar is special for it's own grape juice. more than 30 years of serving sweetness to palakkad. you may think what specialty in a grape juice ? yup in this specially made drink along the juicy you can have the fresh skin pealed grape. it taste more while you were in the scorching march/april at palakkad.
